We’re seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our Sales Team. If you have a background in asphalt or construction, strong organizational skills, and the drive to lead projects from start to finish—this could be the perfect fit.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years of experience estimating, managing, and selling asphalt and/or hardscape projects
✔️ Strong computer and tech skills (Excel, email, tablets/smartphones, CRM a plus)
✔️ Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams
✔️ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
