Updating and providing a face lift to one of Milwaukee’s most unique and prominent developments was a thrill for us!

This was a very large project completed in Kenosha that included a variety of hard-scape improvements and reconfiguration.
Paving this project came with its set of challenges including developing a way to drain the standing water off a parking lot that appeared to have less than ideal slope.
The parking lot at one of the main shopping centers in the Village of Muskego was recently paved. This was a 4″ removal and replacement project measuring 39,367 square feet. Visitors and tenants alike can enjoy a freshly paved parking lot with crisp yellow lines!
This project was a large scale asphalt mill and overlay in Waukesha. The existing surface was removed while the lower layer was allowed to remain. A new layer was paved and new pavement markings were painted. What a great project!
Completed in 2015, this project represents a true Turn Key Solution that Suburban Asphalt can offer. This was a complete site reconstruction which included challenges in engineering and coordination. All facets of our operation were at work here including, site grading, erosion control, concrete flatwork & curb and gutter, stone work, asphalt paving, and striping.
