Construction Laborer

Do you want a new and exciting challenge with a chance to work outside with great people? That is what you’d be doing as a laborer. This is an entry-level position with a chance to grow within the company. Pay starts at $18/hour

Skid Steer Operator

Are you an experienced skid steer operator? We are looking to fill the position of an operator that would work on the paving crew.

Roller Operator

We’re looking for an experienced roller operator that understands the importance of compaction and the overall look asphalt after it is paved. Class A CDL isn’t required, but is preferred.

CDL Truck Driver Class A or B

Drive truck for a rapidly growing company! We are looking for a reliable driver with a Class A or B with endorsement CDL and a clean driving record.

Luteman

Do you have experience with an asphalt lute? Do you consider it an art? We are in need of an artist to help shape our product. Our rapidly growing business values this position and wants you to join our team. At least 1 year of luting is required. The ability to see the highs and lows of an asphalt mat are crucial. If you are this person, hop on board!

Paver Operator

Can you operate a paver? Then we want you! We have been growing at an incredible rate and are looking for someone to help develop a paving crew. This is a great opportunity to work for a rapidly growing company! Luting, roller experience and Class A CDL are preferred.  Employee benefits such as health, dental, vision and 401k employer match are all offered after 90 days.

Heavy Equipment Operator

This person will have great communication skills and able to work with an iPad/iPhone. And of course, you would need to know how to operate (skid steer, excavator, bulldozer, Class A trucks, etc.
