Schlitz Park is one of Milwaukee’s most prominent rehabilitation developments. The former Schlitz Brewery campus got an upgrade to the center’s Bottlehouse parking lot. This was a complete replacement of the asphalt from W Cherry St to Pleasant St. along the Milwaukee River. In addition, portions of the concrete sidewalk and curb were replaced to give this historic building a face lift.
