Skid Steer Operator for Paving Crew

Are you an experienced skid steer operator? We are looking to fill the position of an operator that would work on the paving crew. Their duties would include; making asphalt edges, scraping loose asphalt, filling in areas the paver isn’t able to access. Class A CDL is preferred but not required. At least 1 year of skid steer experience is required.

Roller Operator

Do you have experience making the asphalt smooth? We are looking to hire experience asphalt roller operators that know the details of molding and shaping a smooth asphalt mat. Are you that person? Class A CDL isn’t required, but it is preferred.

Luteman

Do you have experience with an asphalt lute? Do you consider it an art? We are in need of an artist to help shape our product. Our rapidly growing business values this position and wants you to join our team. At least 1 year of luting is required. The ability to see the highs and lows of an asphalt mat are crucial. ✔️ Strong computer and tech skills (Excel, email, tablets/smartphones, CRM a plus)

✔️ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
